Q. Why does MagazineXtreme use PayPal payment processing?
A. At MagazineXtreme we CHOOSE to partner with PayPal for one primary reason - for you, our customers.
PayPal is widely regarded as the most secure, trusted, reputable & user-friendly payment processor on the internet.
While they do cost us a little more as the "middle-man", we consider those fees, a valuable service and worth paying for.
PayPal fees are simply calculated into our operating costs and have no additional effect on our customers or
the prices you pay. We simply want you to know, that your security is "Worth Paying For" - to us - and that that's why
we CHOOSE to have PayPal process payments for MagazineXtreme customers.
Q. How long will it take to receive my first issue?
A. The actual delivery date of your first issue will depend on how frequently the magazine you’ve ordered is
published. Publishers ask that you allow 6-8 weeks for weekly magazines, and 8-10 weeks for monthly and less frequently
published magazines. Please be assured that these are standard industry lead times.
Q. Can I renew my subscription through your service?
A. Sure. Simply complete the order information by listing your name and address as it appears on your current
mailing label and select renewal during checkout. Your order will be added to the end of your current subscription.
Q. I received a renewal notice in the mail. Is this my renewal from MagazineXtreme?
A. No. Renewal notices are sent out by the publishers. When you receive a RENEWAL NOTICE, it simply means that it
is time to visit MagazineXtreme to renew at your discounted rate and so you don't miss an issue!
Q. How do I find a specific magazine?
A. A search box is available on the left-hand side of every page throughout the site.
Simply type in the name or partial name of the publication and any related items will be found by the search.
(For example: if you are looking for "House and Garden" -- Try searching for garden -- that way any title with the word
garden in it, will come up in your search.)
You may also browse for a magazine title by category. Category listings are found on the left-hand side of each page.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. Choose the subscriptions you want to order, add them to your cart and follow the step-by-step checkout process.
Q. How do I change my mailing address?
A. At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by filling out our customer Change of Address Form located in your order history.
Q. How do I place a gift order?
A. During the checkout process, you will be able to set your gift options for each item you order.
If a subscription is a gift, choose the "gift" dropdown box and enter your personal note that will appear on the
recipient's gift announcement card. Our system allows you to send multiple gifts with just a single trip
through the checkout process.

A. Sorry, no. At this time, MagazineXtreme is only available to residents in the USA.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. To view the status of orders you have placed, sign in to your Account. If an order is
labeled "submitted" you will know that your order has been processed
and your mailing address has been submitted to the publisher. You may check the "estimated delivery dates"
by clicking on your confirmation number and viewing the details.
While signed in you can also add, remove or modify mailing addresses from your account.
Q. Why should I renew my magazine subscriptions early?
A. Due to the nature of publishing you are generally much better off renewing at least three to four months
in advance, especially if you want uninterrupted, continued delivery. You may order renewals as early as a year in advance.
This guarantees you today's low prices and the issues are simply tacked onto the end of your current subscription.
If you are ordering gift subscriptions and you have a specific time frame in mind, you must order early in
order to guesstimate the time frame. While there is no way to determine a specific day a magazine subscription
will start to arrive it's a fair assumption that if you order two months in advance, your gift will arrive within
the time frame. We understand that gift-planning, months in advance, is not all that common.
Rest assured, even if you do order a magazine subscription as a gift for an upcoming occasion,
we offer a gift card --for emailing-- to let your friend or loved one know, that a special gift has been
purchased just for them, from you.
Q. How many magazines do you have?
A. We offer discounted subscriptions for better than 2,000 magazines.

Q. Can I request a specific title if I don't see my magazine listed?
A. Certainly. Please contact us by email, with the name of the publication you are
looking for and we'll check to see if we have it. If not, we'll make every effort to find it for you and let you
know what we come up with.
Q. How can I get my publication listed on the MagazineXtreme.com web site?
A. If you are a publisher interested in listing your publication on the MagazinesXtreme.com web site, please
send an email to pubrelations@magazinextreme.com.
Q. I placed a renewal through your service, but now I am receiving two copies of the same magazine.
A. Please contact us and we will contact the publisher and ask that they combine the two subscriptions and extend the expiration
date to compensate for the duplicate issues.
Q. I have received several issues but I would like to switch my order to another magazine.
A. Please contact us by email, and we will replace your existing subscription with another selection.
Q. What are Mag of the Month Samplers?
A. Magazine of the Month Samplers were designed by the publishers to offer consumers an easy and inexpensive way
to try out a sampling of magazines within a specific category to see which one you like best. The Samplers are a good
way to read a variety of magazines over the course of the year to help you choose a subscription if you so desire.
Samplers also make great inexpensive gifts as well, especially if you know the person you are giving the gift to has
a specific interest in a given category, but you are unsure as to what publication to choose -- with a sampler, they
receive a different issue each month, in the category you choose. Samplers are an all-around winning choice.
